1. Deputy General Manager (Marine Engineer): MEO Class I COC
2. Deputy General Manager (Finance): Qualified ICWA or equivalent
3. Deputy General Manager (Legal): Law Graduate or equivalent
4. Manager (Company Secretary): Qualified ICSI
5. Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer): Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
6. Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineer): Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks
7. Assistant Manager (Legal): Law Graduate or equivalent with 60% marks 8. Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering/ IT/ MCA or equivalent with 60% marks 9. Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Qualified CA/ ICWA
10. Assistant Manager (Management- Corporate Social Responsibility & HR): Development/ Rural Management/ Community Development/ Community Management with 60% marks
11. Assistant Manager (Management): Post Graduate degree or equivalent in Management/ Business Administration with 60% marks
